Ah, what to say?

I grew up in a big house in a small town near Detroit, Michigan. I found my kindergarten report card recently. Mrs. McNevin either had a crystal ball or I haven’t changed much. She said I was thoughtful and did better in small groups than big crowds. I knew all the things she needed me to know and then some. Favorite classroom activities: reading, writing and art. She said I was creative and talented and needed to learn to speak up a bit more so my wonderful projects would be noticed. Hi Mrs. McNevin, wherever you are. Thanks for noticing.
